Dr. Joseph Lowman, a Professor in Clinical Psychology, is the recipient of the 2006 UNC Board of Governor’s Award for Excellence in Teaching.
This award was established in 1994 to underscore the importance of teaching and to reward good teaching across the UNC system. Recipients of the Award for Excellence in Teaching must have demonstrated excellent or exceptional undergraduate teaching over a sustained period of time.
