Dr. Michael Hallquist, Associate Professor of Clinical Psychology and Quantitative Psychology, is the recipient of a 2020 National Institute of Mental Health grant.
The National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) is the largest funder of research on mental disorders in the world and the lead federal agency for research on mental disorders.
Dr. Hallquist, along with Drs. Eran Eldar (Hebrew University of Jerusalem) and Alexandre Dombrovski (University of Pittsburgh), received a total award of over $5.3 million (over five years) for their project, “Neurocomputational studies of mood-related momentum dynamics linking reward learning, valuation and responsivity.”
